I have known Miss Harper all my life. She was my Brown Owl in 1965 - 1968. My brother, two daughters and niece attended the nursery . My mother worked with her from 1965 until 1979. She was a remarkable lady . We have kept in touch over the years and always had such fun reminiscing . Her dedication to her work and the community have been outstanding . She will be greatly missed.
